#10 Bishop's Fingers {Baking Bible Challenge}

Bake number 10 of my Baking Bible Challenge - Bishop's Fingers! These are shortbread biscuits with the addition of ground almonds and semolina, and topped with flaked almonds. The recipe can be found on p232 of Mary Berry's Baking Bible.

    These look delicious! I've never heard of them before but I love shortbread and almonds so these are perfect for me! :-)
