#11 Coffee Victoria Sandwich {Baking Bible Challenge}
My dear friend Rose came around for tea yesterday afternoon, and in belated celebration of her birthday I made this Coffee Victoria Sandwich, which is bake number eleven of my Baking Bible Challenge.
We were terribly civilised and even used cake forks! The pictures don't really do it justice, it was delicious, if I say so myself!
