#7 Apple and Cinnamon Cake {Baking Bible Challenge}

I thought an Apple and Cinnamon cake seemed quite autumnal, so that's what I made today, for bake number seven of my Baking Bible Challenge.

Ok, so I know it doesn't look pretty, but trust me, it tastes good - the grated apple and cinnamon goes in a layer in the middle, making the cake deliciously moist.
