Today I made Iced Apricot Fruit Loaf - this is a very fruity cake, in fact I would go so far as to say there is more fruit than cake! Not really my kind of ratio, but hey ho, it's pretty tasty.

I'm beginning to wonder if perhaps I should have weighed myself at the beginning of this challenge to see what impact eating all this cake has on my waistline!

I love your writing.I know Mary Berry's Baking Bible has been out for a long time, however I just barely got a duplicate in August, for my birthday. I have effectively cooked a few of the formulas from it, however whilst flicking through to pick my next prepare, I ended up consequently rejecting a few of the formulas - excessively included, I'm not certain I'd like that, not suitable for lunch boxes - you get the essence. Thanks all!!
