My parents have been to stay this week and this pudding went down very well. I actually made it in advance and froze it, so not only is it easy to make but it also freezes really well.

That looks very impressive and delicious! You're braver than me though; I avoid rolly-uppy cakes like the plague after my last attempt at a yule log ended in disaster.
