#49 Raspberry Meringue Roulade {Baking Bible Challenge}

I think roulades make brilliant dinner party desserts - they look quite impressive but they're actually really easy to make! They also aren't terribly expensive on ingredients, but they feed about ten people. So it's win-win.



My parents have been to stay this week and this pudding went down very well. I actually made it in advance and froze it, so not only is it easy to make but it also freezes really well.

    That looks very impressive and delicious! You're braver than me though; I avoid rolly-uppy cakes like the plague after my last attempt at a yule log ended in disaster.
