#47 Melting Moments {Baking Bible Challenge}

Melting moments are something I remember making a lot when I was younger; they're simple and fun to make. I did have a small issue with them spreading and joining up to create one mega melting moment, but I don't think it matters...

Rosalie gave me a hand with weighing out the flour and oats - she's getting better at using a spoon but we still make a lot of mess!

Today we met some friends for a stroll and a Teddy Bears' Picnic, and these melting moments went down really well. The little ones enjoyed trying to bite the cherry off the top!

  1. For me Melting Moments always remind me of Scripture Union camp in the summer - it was a huge canvas camp and everything was homemade and we got melting moments as one of our lunchbox cakes - I don't think I've had them since!

    1. You should give them a go with your girls - they'd have great fun shaping the balls then rolling them in oats, I'm sure!
