Easter biscuits are so simple to make, and after rolling out the dough I laid some on Rosalie's highchair tray for her to have a go at stamping out some shapes.
I made traditional (boring) round Easter biscuits, but Rosalie made rabbits and butterflies!
Rosalie's biscuits came out a good colour, but my round ones could have done with an extra minute in the oven I think. They are still very tasty, just a little softer than I would like.
