#64 Buche de Noel {Baking Bible Challenge}

I'm not the biggest fan of traditional Christmas cake, so decided to make Buche de Noel this year - I made and filled the chocolate swiss roll ahead of time and froze it, leaving only the decorating for Christmas day.



The filling is a blend of whipped cream, chestnut puree and coffee - I really like the chestnut flavour at Christmas so if I made this again I would leave out the coffee as I found it completely overpowered the chestnut. It was still really tasty though!
