It's such a simple arrangement of cake, made from three round sponge cakes - one for the head and one for the body, and the third is cut up to make the ears, hind paws and tail.
The cake is covered in lemon buttercream and then sprinkled with desiccated coconut (toasted for the brown parts). I was unsure if Rosalie would like the coconut but she went mad for it, eating the leftovers by the spoonful!
