#18 Blueberry Muffins {Baking Bible Challenge}

It's been nearly two weeks since I baked a recipe for my Baking Bible Challenge, partly due to my baby girl being poorly, and partly due to Christmas baking taking precedent!

But I'm back now, with bake number 18, Blueberry Muffins.

I am a huge fan of blueberry muffins - I love the moist american style muffins the best but have had little success at baking them myself, so I had high hopes for Mary's recipe.

The quantity of mixture was meant to make 12 muffins, but I only managed to make 9, most probably due to the fact that I over-filled my cases... Check out the muffin tops on these!

As instructed by Queen Mary I sampled a muffin warm from the oven and it was moist but not that sweet. I may need to sample another once they are cool! Any excuse!
